WHERE DO MY DUES GO?
Your Union is of, by, and for Academic Student Workers like you. Member dues cover all of the day-to-day costs of having a strong Union. Dues are automatically deducted from your paycheck only when you are working. All members contribute a one-time $10 initiation fee, plus monthly dues based on your classification:
ISA (Tutor/Peer Mentor/SI Leader/Grader): $8.97 / month
Graduate Assistant (GA): $15.50 / month
Teaching Associate (TA/GTA): $18.16 / month
If you have more than one classification, only the highest amount is deducted.
